Vibra Healthcare, LLC is seeking a part-time Personal Care Aide for night shifts in Mechanicsburg, PA. The role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, meals, housekeeping, and program activities to support health, safety and independence.

Strong candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and Nurse Aide experience. CPR/First Aid training and state certification are preferred; healthcare experience is valued.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Two (2) years of experience as a Nurse Aide or other equivalent experience in lieu of education will be considered.
• Current, valid, and active certification to practice as a Nursing Assistant as applicable in the state of employment preferred.
• CPR/First Aid training preferred.
• Previous healthcare experience is preferred.
• Phlebotomy training and ECG training preferred.
• Ability to project a professional image.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
• Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.

VibraLife is a Rehabilitation Center and Senior Living Community comprised of a short-term rehabilitation/skilled nursing facility as well as an assisted living unit. Located in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, Vibralife is a beautiful, one-story, state-of-the-art facility that includes the Vibra Rehabilitation Center and Vibra Senior Living. Expertly designed to address comprehensive care and living needs post injury or illness, VibraLife delivers a fully integrated care continuum for both patients and residents.
