Presbyterian SeniorCare Network's Southminster Place in Washington, PA is hiring a Part-time Personal Care Aide (PCA) / Med Tech. This casual, hourly, non‑exempt role supports residents with ADLs, meals, hygiene, and medication monitoring.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age with high school diploma or GED.
• Completion of certification requirements in Dementia Care and DHS Direct Care training during orientation period.
• Obtain and maintain certification in Medication Administration, CPR, and first aid.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, toileting, grooming and self-esteem support.
• Assist with meals and monitor eating; support admissions, discharges and transfers.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure person-centered care.
