Presbyterian SeniorCare Network is seeking a Personal Care Aide (PCA)/Med Tech at Woodside Place of Washington, PA. Roles include ADL support, meals, and dementia-care tasks within a person-centered culture. Training in Medication Administration, CPR, and first aid is required and supported by the employer.

Starting pay ranges from $15.25 to $19.44 per hour, with full-time, part-time, and casual schedules. A robust perk program includes wage access, health coverage, PTO, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age with high school diploma or GED.
• Completion of Dementia Care and DHS Direct Care training during orientation period.
• Obtain and maintain certification in Medication Administration, CPR, and first aid.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living to maintain hygiene, grooming and self-esteem.
• Serve meals or assist with eating and accompany residents to activities.
• Assist with admissions, discharges and transfers to promote continuity of care.
• Collaborate with team to ensure person-centered care and meet resident needs.
