Presbyterian SeniorCare Network is seeking a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) / Med Tech to support residents at Westminster/Woodside Place or Longwood at Oakmont in Oakmont, PA. The role offers Full-Time, Part-Time, and Casual shifts with hourly compensation.

Starting pay ranges from $15.25 to $20.75 per hour, based on shift and experience. The organization emphasizes compassionate care and a supportive environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Have a high school diploma or GED or provide documentation that the GED or high school diploma will be received within 6 months of hire.
• Be able to effectively interact with residents, resident families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing and toileting to support hygiene, grooming and self-esteem.
• Serve meals or monitor eating and assist with admissions, discharges and transfers to promote continuity of care.
• Accompany residents to activities and accompany them through daily routines.
