VibraLife Mechanicsburg is hosting a PCA hiring event. Come join our team and support residents with daily living activities at VibraLife, a rehab and senior living community in Mechanicsburg, PA.

Positions available for 8-hour shifts include Part Time Day 7am-3pm, Full or Part Time Evening 3pm-11pm, and Part Time Night 11pm-7am. Event: Thursday, 10/29/2026, 10:00am–5:00pm at 707 Shepherdstown Rd, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of Nurse Aide experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid training preferred.
• Phlebotomy and ECG training preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, activity programs and dining services.
• Support housekeeping services to maintain clean, safe living environments.
• Promote health, welfare, safety and independence of residents.

Hospital Details

VibraLife is a Rehabilitation Center and Senior Living Community comprised of a short-term rehabilitation/skilled nursing facility as well as an assisted living unit. Located in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, Vibralife is a beautiful, one-story, state-of-the-art facility that includes the Vibra Rehabilitation Center and Vibra Senior Living. Expertly designed to address comprehensive care and living needs post injury or illness, VibraLife delivers a fully integrated care continuum for both patients and residents.

Responsibilities

The PCA is responsible for the implementation of resident services by assisting with activities of daily living, activity programs, housekeeping services and dining services. The provision of these services must be performed to ensure the health, welfare, safety and independence of our residents is of primary concern.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Two (2) years of experience as a Nurse Aide or other equivalent experience in lieu of education will be considered.

Additional Qualifications/Skills

• Current, valid, and active certification to practice as a Nursing Assistant as applicable in the state of employment preferred.
• CPR/First Aid training preferred.
• Previous healthcare experience is preferred.
• Phlebotomy training and ECG training preferred.
• Ability to project a professional image.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
• Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.
