Job summary

BeeHive Homes of Kalispell is seeking day shift caregivers with experience assisting with ADLs and medications in a memory care setting. We offer multiple schedules and set rotations to balance home and work, including weekend coverage.

Current schedules include Fri–Sun 6:00am–2:00pm with options for additional shifts; a full-time Fri–Sun 6:00am–2:00pm and Mon 2:00–10:00pm schedule is also available. You’ll support activities of daily living, maintain resident rooms, and work with the care team

Qualifications

• Experience assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including dressing, bathing, and personal care.
• Experience administering medications in a memory care setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs and medications.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment; perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality care and resident safety.
• Support social activities and resident engagement.

Job description

Day shift positions open and looking to fill! Candidates must have experience both with assisting with ADL's and assisting with medications in a memory care setting. We are looking to fill multiple schedules

We commit to set schedules so all members of our team have a predictable routine, and can balance home needs with work! Definitely love our weekend warriors who prefer working Saturdays and Sundays. We do require all team members to work at least one weekend shift per week to share the burden.

Current Schedules available:

Friday, Saturday, & Sunday 6:00am - 2:00pm with option to pick up additional shifts as available

Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6:00am - 2:00pm and Monday 2:00pm-10:00pm making a full time schedule (with option to pick up additional shifts as available).

Candidates must be comfortable with all aspects of caring for residents in the assisted living and memory care setting. Job duties include: Assisting with Activities of Daily Living to include dressing, bathing, taking necessary medications, participating in social activities, etc.; routine cleaning/tidying of resident rooms and spaces, maintaining a clean and safe environment, laundry, and working with the entire care team to accomplish tasks and provide the best care and quality of life for our residents.
