Job summary

MonteCedro is seeking caring part-time staff to assist residents with daily living activities, under the charge nurse's direction. Responsibilities include personal care, ambulation, and laundry, plus monitoring and documenting residents' conditions.

Ideal candidates are dependable, compassionate team players with First Aid certification and basic EMR/charting skills. Weekend shifts and shift differentials apply; pay is $22.00 per hour with benefits and a year-end bonus.

Qualifications

• High school education preferred or up to six months related experience and/or training.
• First Aid Certification required.
• Basic computer skills with EMR/charting experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including personal care, ambulation, and laundry.
• Monitor and document resident condition; report changes and encourage socialization.
• Be a dependable, compassionate team player supporting the charge nurse.

Pay: $22.00 per hour,

Shift: Weekends only

What You’ll Get: This Part-time hourly position offers, shift differentia pay, and On-demand Payday is now available, as well as a Year-End Bonus!

Eligible for Shift Differentials: additional pay premiums to compensate employees for working hours and shifts other than regular day shifts.

Here’s how it works:

• 3% for evening shifts
• 5% for NOC shifts
• 7% for weekend shifts
• Differentials can be used in combination with others, for example…
• 10% for weekend evening shift
• 12% for weekend NOC shift

• Under the direction of the charge nurse, responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living which may include but is not limited to personal care, ambulation, and laundry.
• Monitors and documents resident condition, reports changes, and encourages socialization.

The Skills You’ll Need:

• High school education preferred, or up to six months related experience and/or training.
• Must have First Aid Certification.
• Basic computer skills with experience using electronic medical records/charting required.
• Must be willing and able to walk for multiple hours per shift with ease.
