Interim HealthCare Inc. in Ellisville, MO is seeking a Personal Care Aide (PCA)/Caregiver to support seniors at home with dignity and compassion.

You'll provide personal care, help with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, and transportation, while promoting safety and independence in a one-on-one setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Six months of healthcare experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid MO driver’s license, auto insurance and transportation.
• Compassionate and helping nature; good communicator; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to seniors at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep, light housekeeping).
• Aid with ambulation and transfers as needed.
• Provide medication reminders and report concerns to a supervisor.
• Ensure a safe home environment with clear pathways.
• Engage clients in activities for joy and companionship.
