Job summary

Senior Helpers of Milford is hiring Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to provide one-on-one in-home care in Massachusetts. You will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, medication reminders, companionship, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, transportation, and mobility support, following each client’s individualized care plan.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving, PCA, HHA, or CNA experience is preferred but not required.
• Applicants must have reliable transportation, a compassionate attitude, excellent communication skills, and be able to pass a CORI background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate one-on-one care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, medication reminders, companionship, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, transportation, and mobility assistance.
• Monitor clients' well-being and communicate any changes with our office while following each client's personalized care plan.
• Support with light housekeeping, laundry, errands, and transportation as needed.
• Ensure client safety and comfort while promoting independence.

We are currently hiring PCAs in Bellingham, Blackstone, Franklin, Foxboro, South Grafton, Hopedale, Medfield, Mansfield, Mendon, Medway, Milford, Millis, North Attleboro, Sharon, Stoughton, Upton, Walpole, Webster, Wrentham, and surrounding Massachusetts communities.

As a Personal Care Assistant, you'll provide compassionate one-on-one care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, medication reminders, companionship, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, transportation, and mobility assistance. You'll also monitor clients' well-being and communicate any changes with our office while following each client's personalized care plan.
