Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services, Inc. is hiring a PCA – Personal Care Assistant across Massachusetts, including Great Barrington. We offer full-time and part-time positions with free training and certification, and you can start earning at $18/hour.

As a caregiver, you’ll help seniors live safely at home, provide personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, meals, errands, and medication reminders. We provide daily pay, bonuses, mileage reimbursement, 401(k) match, health insurance, PTO and

Qualifications

• Own vehicle and a valid driver’s license are required.
• Certifications/training provided by the employer.
• Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
• Compassionate, respectful and dependable attitude.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Commitment to following health and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care (hygiene, dressing, meals).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with light housekeeping and maintaining a clean home.
• Run errands such as grocery shopping.
• Prepare meals with client involvement when possible.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Perform routine cleaning (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, bathrooms).
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
