Job summary

Bethany Village, part of Asbury Communities, is seeking a caregiver aide to assist residents with daily living activities, transport to appointments, and mobility support. You will monitor vital signs, respond to calls, and help residents maintain independence in a compassionate environment.

The role offers weekend shifts with a $16.00 per hour start rate plus shift differential and a $5.00 premium differential.

Qualifications

• Must possess a genuine passion for providing compassionate care to older adults.
• Relevant experience is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Assists residents in preparing for and transporting to and from medical appointments, activities, and social programs.
• Checks residents' vital signs, measures weight and height, and records data as instructed; reports any variances to the Charge Nurse.
• Answers resident call lights promptly to attend to needs; frequently checks those who are unable to call for help.
• Assists residents to walk with or without self‑help devices, as instructed.

Hours & Pay – Just Right for You!

• Full Time: Weekender – Every Sat and Sun 7am-7pm + 1 shift on Thursdays (2nd shift)
• $16.00 per hour start rate + Shift Diff + $5.00 Premium Differential
• Minimum 24 hours and a maximum of 36 over the course of a weekend
• 3 non‑consecutive scheduled or unscheduled weekends off per six‑month period.

Alternative Schedule

• Full Time: 1st or 2nd shift
• Daily Pay available – because life doesn’t wait for payday!
• $16.00 per hour start rate + Shift Diff
