Job summary

Country Meadows in Easton, PA is seeking a Part-Time Personal Care Assistant to provide one-on-one support to residents in daily routines and social activities.

You'll build bonds with residents, show patience and empathy, and help organize daily activities; CNA or equivalent license preferred, HS diploma required. Competitive pay and benefits included; apply to join our family-owned team.

As key members of our direct-care team, Personal Care Assistants provide one-on-one support to our residents in their daily routines, socialization and overall well-being.

• Part-Time Day shift: 7am-3pm
• Part-Time Day shift: 7am-3pm Every other weekend
• Part-Time Evening shift: 3pm-11pm

Pay: $16.25 - $18.25 per hour – based on shift preference, with the opportunity to earn more based on experience

• Skilled in communicating effectively with others, including careful listening, sensitivity to others thoughts and feelings, timely and accurate reporting changes.
• Compassion and patience in all personal interactions.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks required in this type of role.
• Have the ability to understand and speak English at a level which allows the safe, efficient performance of the job.
