Job summary

Country Meadows is seeking a PCA to provide one-on-one support to residents in daily routines and social activities. You will help residents with their daily needs, build bonds, and support their well-being in a home-like setting.

Offers a clear set schedule with every other weekend and every other Holiday OFF, competitive pay, and a range of benefits. Training is provided to ensure compassionate, patient, and safe care for all residents.

Pay starts at $16.75-$19.75/hour (based on shift preference), with the opportunity to earn more based on experience.

• Dayshift: 7am-3pm
• Evening shift: 3pm-11pm
• Overnight: 11pm-7am

PCA Responsibilities:

• Help our residents live their lives to the fullest by assisting them with their routines throughout their day.
• Build bonds through companionship.
• Show patience, compassion and empathy in each engagement with all residents and their families.
• Assist residents in organizing their day and activities and above all, enjoy themselves.

PCA Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 18 years of age or older, except as permitted in 2800.54(d).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Skilled in communicating effectively with others, including careful listening, sensitivity to others thoughts and feelings, timely and accurate reporting changes.
• Compassion and patience in all personal interactions.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks required in this type of role.
• Have the ability to understand and speak English at a level which allows the safe, efficient performance of the job.
