Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants to support clients with daily living activities, health and safety, and companionship in the local area.

Applicants should have caregiving experience, be reliable, and hold current CPR and First Aid certifications; a valid driver’s license and transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Previous Personal Care Assistant or caregiving experience preferred.
• Polite, professional, reliable and good communicators.
• Must be physically capable of caregiving duties and safe mobility assistance.
• Must pass a criminal background check and have a valid driver’s license.
• CPR and First Aid certifications current.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Provide reminders for medications and prepare meals per needs.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe environment.
• Offer companionship and observe changes in condition or behavior.
• Follow care plans and document services accurately and promptly.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, shopping, and errands as needed.

We are seeking competent, compassionate, and dependable Personal Care Assistants to support clients in their everyday lives. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Prepare meals according to clients' needs and preferences.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Assist clients with shopping and errands.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with mobility and transfers when required.
• Follow each client's plan of care and assigned task sheet.
• Observe and report changes in a client's condition or behavior.
• Document services accurately and on time.
• Respond quickly and responsibly during emergencies.
• Protect clients' privacy, dignity, and confidential information.
• Perform other authorized personal care duties as assigned.
