Horne Auto Center Inc. is seeking a dependable PC Technician to join our IT department in Gilbert, AZ. You will set up, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems, acting as the primary contact for user technical issues to keep operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate brings basic IT skills and experience with computer repairs; training is provided. You will work in a fast-growing automotive group with opportunities for professional growth and hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

• Background in this field is a plus, but training will be provided.
• Knows basic IT skills.
• Experience in computer repairs.
• Problem solving abilities, strong verbal communication, and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Able to safely lift up to 50 lbs and bend/squat/reach beneath desks.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine hardware repairs and system upgrades. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and devices such as printers and scanners.
• Recondition Computers.
• Installation of Windows OS.
• Basic Network Experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues. Perform routine hardware repairs and system upgrades.
• Document support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Windows Domain knowledge.
• New Printer Installation.
• Printer Troubleshooting.
• Replace Computer Hardware.
