Job summary

Crossroads Talent Solutions, LLC seeks a PC Technician to deliver comprehensive IT support to the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Raleigh, NC. You will support desktops, laptops, printers, networks, and basic cybersecurity tasks while ensuring reliable hardware, software, and end-user assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems.

• Perform system maintenance, updates, and patch management.
• Diagnose and resolve recurring technical issues for end users.
• Assist with system administration and network monitoring activities.
• Provide user training and guidance on standard applications and systems.
• Support telecommunications systems, including teleconferencing tools.
• Maintain and manage file systems, directories, and access permissions.
• Assist in cybersecurity efforts, including monitoring compliance with security protocols.
• Support basic web/intranet updates using HTML/XML as needed.
• Track and manage IT equipment and property records.
• Coordinate installation, relocation, and inventory of IT assets.
• Generate reports and assist with data analysis and documentation.

Position Title: PC Technician

Position Overview

The PC Technician provides comprehensive IT support services to the United States Attorney’s Office (USAO), Eastern District of North Carolina. This role supports day-to-day operations of IT systems, ensuring reliable performance of hardware, software, and network infrastructure while delivering high-quality customer support to end users.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Ability to provide professional, customer-focused support
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a government or legal environment
• Familiarity with network administration and cybersecurity practices
• Basic scripting or web content management experience
• Experience with property or asset management systems
