Arizona Department of Health Services is seeking a PC Technician to deliver IT desktop support for staff across the Health Services domain. The role includes 2nd tier hardware/software support, device deployments, and routine LAN testing to ensure stable performance for roughly 2,400 users.
The position requires experience with Windows, AD, and MDM enrollment, plus strong customer service and communication skills. On-site work at 150 N 18th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85007 is expected.

This position is required to provide IT Desktop Support for Arizona Department of Health Services personnel. This position will provide 2nd tier computer support for ADHS to include desktops, and computer peripherals. This position is responsible for routine testing and analysis of Local Area Network hardware and software and for monitoring LAN performance and recommending corrective action when necessary. In addition, this position will serve as a technical resource to Desktop Support technicians, installs and maintains midrange operating systems, test Lab Environment, and related software to ensure stable performance, evaluates system specifications, input/output processes, and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility, and troubleshoots networking and operating system problems. This position is required to support the Health Services (HS) domain with approximately 2,400 users. This position supports multiple platforms and or applications, Health Emergency Operations Center, Preparedness Activations, Active Directory, and other application servers as assigned.
