Job summary

GCS Recruitment Specialists is seeking a reliable PC technician to provide onsite end-user computing support for Operations facilities in Illinois. You will image, configure, deploy, and maintain laptops and desktops, and support Windows 11 and Linux environments while following established procedures and service-level expectations.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, independent work, and willingness to participate in on-call rotations and site shift schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting end users in a corporate environment.
• Ability to work independently and during on-call rotations.
• Familiarity with imaging, configuring, deploying, and maintaining PCs and peripherals.
