IT Support Specialist (Desktop & Mobile Device Support)

Location: Renton, WA (100% Onsite)

Pay Rate: $21.57/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Duration: Long-term contract (12+ months)

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
• Must be able to work onsite five days per week.
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and consistent attendance are required.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card/Permanent Resident.

Preferred Qualifications

• CompTIA A+ Certification (or willingness to obtain within one year of hire).
• Additional IT certifications such as Google IT Support, Coursera IT, or similar.
• Previous help desk, desktop support, or technical support experience.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to pass a drug screening (non-THC) and 7-year background check.
• Occasional travel may be required for training and support activities.
• Candidates must be dependable and able to maintain regular attendance, particularly because this position supports business‑critical operations.

• The pay range for this position is $21.57 - $21.57/hr.
