Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a PC Repair Technician in Houston, TX. You will troubleshoot, repair, and keep the shop running smoothly, handling desktop PCs at your workstation and meeting daily production goals.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with pay between $14.00 and $16.00 per hour; candidates with experience welcome, training provided if needed, and punctuality is essential.

Qualifications

• Punctuality and reliable attendance are essential.
• Computer knowledge preferred; trainable candidates without experience.
• Ability to meet daily productivity goals.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Able to work in a quiet, focused environment.
• Able to lift 15–25 lbs.
• Professional appearance; jeans and shirt acceptable.
• Closed-toe shoes required.
• Visible tattoos, earrings, and gauges are not permitted.
• Personal cell phones must be secured in lockers during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Repair and troubleshoot desktop computers at an individual workstation.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues using company-provided tools.
• Meet daily production goals of 15+ computers per day.
• Follow company quality standards and repair procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Use computers and internal systems to complete repair processes.
• Communicate professionally with supervisors regarding work assignments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
