Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a PC Deployment Technician to support a large-scale PC refresh project for a government organization. You will assist with device deployment, hardware setup, and provide user support and basic troubleshooting throughout the project.

Qualified candidates should have AD experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and CJIS certification where applicable. This role requires the ability to lift up to 30 lbs and pass a background check, with a focus on secure government-related

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and move equipment up to 30 lbs.
• Background check required.
• Knowledge of PC hardware, laptops, desktops and peripherals.
• Experience with Active Directory.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with installing and troubleshooting business applications.
• CJIS Certification is preferred.
• Experience supporting a government organization.
