Job summary
Farm Bureau Financial Services is seeking a PC Business Analyst to partner with Claims Administration on software solutions for our property casualty business. You will work with business units and technical teams to gather requirements and develop user stories for new releases and enhancements.
The role requires a college degree (or equivalent) plus three years in claims processes or business analysis, with strong communication and documentation skills and knowledge of agile life cycles.

- Serve as a liaison between technical areas and the Claims business units.
- Collaborate with business partners and technical areas to develop and gather requirements.
- Complete high-level and detailed requirements and user stories for releases.
- Communicate updates and status with project management and stakeholders.
