Job summary

Farm Bureau Financial Services is seeking a PC Business Analyst to partner with Claims Administration on software solutions for our property casualty business. You will work with business units and technical teams to gather requirements and develop user stories for new releases and enhancements.

The role requires a college degree (or equivalent) plus three years in claims processes or business analysis, with strong communication and documentation skills and knowledge of agile life cycles.

PC Business Analyst

The Claims Administration department supports the successful design and implementation of software solutions for our property casualty business partners. We are seeking a system business analyst to work with our PC Claims business units and technical areas for assigned projects and system enhancements.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as one of the liaisons between the technical areas and the business areas for Claims
• Collaborate with business partners and technical areas to develop and gather business requirements
• Complete high-level requirements, detailed business requirements and user stories for new releases and system enhancements
• Communicate updates and status regarding work status with project management, technical areas and related business partners
