Job summary

Pilot Assessments in Englewood, CO is seeking a highly experienced PIC for PC-24 operations across Part 135 charter and Part 91. You will own flight preparation and execution, lead crews with professionalism, and deliver a premium passenger experience while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management.

You will mentor crewmembers, maintain flight records, and participate in the Safety Management System, with a flexible schedule to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• PC-24 experience required.
• Total flight time: 5,000 hours; 2,500 hours PIC; 2,500 hours multi-engine land; 2,000 hours turbine; 500 hours instrument.
• ATP with multi-engine land rating; current First-Class Medical.
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, flight planning, and SMS.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency with flight-planning and aviation-management software.
• Part 135 experience is highly desirable.
• Willingness to meet business demands in a variable schedule.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Pilot in Command and final authority for safe operation of the aircraft.
• Ensure strict adherence to FAA regs, OPS manuals, and SOPs.
• Lead comprehensive pre-flight planning: weather, routing, fuel, weight & balance.
• Drive Crew Resource Management across flight phases with clear communication.
• Provide exceptional passenger service and act as primary client contact.
• Engage in Safety Management System; identify hazards and mitigate risks.
• Mentor First Officers and crewmembers with guidance for growth.
• Complete trip reports, logs, maintenance notes, and post-flight docs.
• Maintain currency in training, medicals, and records; uphold policies.
