The ideal candidate has 5,000+ total hours, 2,500 PIC, ATP certificate, and a strong track record in leadership and safety. This exempt role requires flexible schedules and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• PC-24 experience required.
• Minimum 5000 total flight hours.
• 2500 hours PIC.
• 2500 hours multi-engine land; 1500 hours multi-engine PIC.
• 2000 hours turbine aircraft; 500 hours instrument time.
• Current ATP certificate with multi-engine rating.

Responsibilities

• Act as Pilot in Command, ensuring safe operation and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct pre-flight planning, weather analysis, routing, and fuel planning.
• Lead CRM and maintain crew coordination.
• Provide passenger service and client contact during flights.
• Engage in SMS and risk mitigation.
• Mentor First Officers and other flight crew.
• Complete post-flight documentation and safety reporting.
• Maintain currency and medical certifications per FAA.
