Broadband Hospitality, a leading provider of hospitality interactive application development and technology services, is hiring a PBX Engineer in Youngstown, OH. The role focuses on installation and maintenance of PBX, VOIP, and related telecom infrastructure to support enterprise clients.

The position emphasizes field support, network provisioning for VOIP, and documentation of systems. MITEL certifications are preferred, with opportunities to work across multiple vendors and projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with PBX systems provisioning, configuration, troubleshooting and installation.
• General knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls, and wireless.
• MITEL Certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support field installation technicians during projects.
• Support engineering and tier 2 technicians.
• Support BBH Headquarters VOIP PBX and SIP Carrier systems.
• Help design BOM for installation of IP/Analog PBX systems.
• Document PBX systems for support/installation technicians.
• Activation, troubleshooting, and porting of VOIP for service delivery.
• Work with multiple vendors to test new products and approve them for product.
