Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a friendly Telephone/PBX Operator to be the first point of contact for our guests. You will handle all incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism, directing callers and assisting guests with basic information.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication and customer service skills, experience with PBX or multi-line phone systems, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Previous experience operating a PBX or multi-line phone system preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and email.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
