What You’ll Do:
You will be at the center of the hotel's universe—the front office. As the PBX Operator, you’ll coordinate all hotel communications, assisting with external and internal calls, and facilitating emergency procedures. Your role is vital to the hotel’s communication network.

Where You’ve Been:
We’re looking for someone with a High School diploma (or equivalent) and preferably three to six months of customer service experience. Most importantly, you communicate professionally and positively with guests and associates at all times.
