Assist the Restaurant Manager in all phases of restaurant operations. Responsible for the complete restaurant operation in the absence of the manager.
Deliver positive guest interactions, maintaining professionalism and courtesy at all times, embodying the guest relations ambassador role.
Meet and exceed hotel standards in work procedures, dress, grooming, punctuality, and attendance. Be adaptable, willing to learn, and proactive in solving routine problems.
Adhere to safety policies, key controls, chemical handling, and hazard reporting to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
