Non-Safety Sensitive
Answers inquiries and obtain information for the general public, guest, employees, and other interested parties. Provides information regarding activities conducted at the Casino/Hotel. Makes, confirms, and cancels reservations for guests in a pleasant, professional and efficient manner so as to create a positive impression and increase hotel occupancy.
Normal office environment along with extensive computer use. Requires occasional standing and significant speaking, both in person and via telephone. At times, requires significant use of eyes, hands, arms, fingers and wrists associated with data entry or switchboard use. Confidentiality is a must.
Knowledge/Education/Work Experiences: Requires high school diploma or GED. One (1) year office or related experience. Prior PBX/Hotel reservations experience preferred. Requires knowledge of office machines. Must be able to obtain a gaming license in accordance to the regulations established by the Sac & Fox Gaming Commission.
Skills/Abilities: Must be able to work directly with the general public. Must be able to change easily and frequently from one activity to another such as from typing, to searching in a directory, to using a telephone. Requires good organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written. Uses personal judgment and specialized knowledge to give information to people. Must be flexible with shift and days off. Must be able to meet all internal non-supervisory, training and education requirements. Must have a pleasant voice and be able to display tact and diplomacy. Must possess good computer skills.

This position is PROHIBITED from playing all casino games while on duty, except as authorized for employee tournaments. Otherwise, this position may play any casino game while off duty. Employees and members of the household are prohibited from entering company contests and giveaways established for our guests.
