Job summary

Emanate Health in California is seeking a Switchboard Operator to manage the main telephone switchboard, receive calls, relay messages, and assist visitors. You will use overhead paging and radios to communicate emergencies and maintain accurate information flow across campus.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, prior switchboard and clerical experience preferred, excellent customer service, and Spanish language ability preferred. You must be able to travel between campuses.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement: High School diploma or equivalent preferred. No specific diploma/degree required but must have acquired knowledge/skills to use correct grammar and spelling. Computer experience preferred.

Minimum Experience Requirement: Previous switchboard experience and clerical experience desirable. Excellent customer service skills required. Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred.

Minimum License Requirement: Must be able to travel between campuses.

Pay Range: $24.00 - $24.00
