Responsibilities

The PBX Operator / Receptionist answers the switchboard, pages overhead, greets, and directs visitors to appropriate departments. Monitors hospital alarms and follows emergency code policies. Effective communication with the hospital population is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Previous PBX experience preferred.
• Experience in office or receptionist roles.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Compensation is approximately $17.88 per hour, with exact starting pay determined at hire based on experience, skills, education, and credentials.
