• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Customer Services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer the switchboard and pages overhead; greet and direct people to the appropriate departments.
• Monitor hospital alarms and be aware of policy and procedures of all hospital emergency codes.
• Communicate effectively with the population served.
