The team manages incoming calls, emergency communications, overhead paging, and critical notifications while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely, accurate communication across the organization.Provide exceptional customer service by answering and directing incoming calls, assisting patients and visitors, monitoring emergency phones and alarm systems, and processing work orders accurately and efficiently.
