Job summary

Golden Route Operations in Nevada is seeking a Dispatch Associate to answer calls, dispatch Slot Technicians, and maintain the Dispatch computer program. You will be the first point of contact for guests and clients, providing professional communication and timely updates.

Responsibilities include monitoring route status in the tracking system, coordinating with PBX and other departments, resolving issues with supervision, and ensuring compliance with gaming laws and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume call center preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide radio and telephone correspondence for the company and its clients.
• Maintain route status in the designated tracking system.
• Answers all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Promote teamwork within the PBX department and all other departments as it relates to your ability to complete the tasks assigned to you, in an effort to eliminate personal conflicts.
• Refer all unresolved challenges/issues to immediate Supervisor.
• Complete all tasks as assigned by the PBX Supervisor and/or PBX Manager
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations.
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
