Job summary

Circa Las Vegas is seeking a Maintenance Dispatch Associate to handle calls from Guests and Team Members, capture issue details, and dispatch our Engineering team via a computer-based system. You will input, assign, and track work orders while communicating clearly with the team and reporting alarms as they occur.

You must be familiar with two-way radios and multi-line phones, have Windows-based computer skills, and stay organized in a fast-paced hotel/casino environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with two-way radios and multi-line phones.
• Working knowledge of Windows-based computer systems.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Must be flexible, detail oriented, able to prioritize and able to multi-task effectively.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced, changing environment with multiple distractions and meet timelines.
• Must uphold appearance standards.
• Ability to problem solve and strategize for better solutions.
• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls concerning maintenance and repairs needed.
• Input call details into the computer utilizing our computer-based program.
• Assign work orders through our computer-based program in a timely manner.
• Effectively communicate details of work orders and follow up through to completion.
• Monitor alarm system and effectively report alarms and areas as they appear.
• Maintain dispatch log of all activities performed throughout the day.
• Notify Supervisors of parts and inventory needs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow lawful direction from Upper Management.
• Understand and follow work and safety rules and procedures.
• Interact well with others and be a positive influence on Team Member morale.
• Responsible for adhering to all company and departmental policies and standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
