Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate duties of the business analyst team on IT projects and mentor new team members.
2. Act as a bridge between clients, project managers, and technical staff to define and document business requirements.
3. Develop business specifications at project initiation.
4. Analyze and recommend improvements for business processes to meet client technology goals.
5. Verify requirements are met by reviewing and validating test results.
6. Utilize analytical tools like Excel or SQL to assess project impacts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in Medicaid and Medicare, preferred.
• Experience with Medicaid System Pharmacy Configuration, QNXT, and FACETS.
• Knowledge of pharmacy billing, claims data, and drug databases.
• Strong skills in designing complex queries using health care data systems.

Additional Details

• This is a remote position within the continental US, with potential travel up to 25%.
• Interview process includes video calls and orientation sessions requiring video participation.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range is $69,400 to $99,200 annually, with benefits including flexible vacation, 401(k) matching, health insurance, and educational support.
