Your role in our mission
Empower clients to deliver better health and human services outcomes using innovative technology and solutions.

• Analyze, plan, design, document, and recommend improvements to business processes supporting client technological goals.
• Act as a supportive bridge between clients, project managers, and technical teams to define, track, and communicate business requirements, including building basic data and process models.
• Create, execute, or analyze test scenarios to verify system design aligns with client requirements.
• Ensure project changes are implemented as intended by participating in technical reviews and inspections.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years in a relevant Business Analyst role, with 1+ years of Medicaid and Medicare experience preferred.
• Experience with Medicaid System Pharmacy Configuration using QNXT and FACETS.
• Pharmacy billing experience.
• Knowledge of pharmacy claims data, prescription drug events (PDE), drug databases, financial data, and formulary data.
• Strong system skills, including designing and querying healthcare data.

What you should expect in this role

• Fully remote options available within continental US.
• Potential travel up to 25% at client request.
• Video interviews and initial orientation require camera use.

Compensation & Benefits
The pay range is $55,600 - $79,400 annually, with variations based on location, experience, and skills.
