Truveris is seeking an Analyst, PBM RFP Management, to support PBM RFP projects from data collection to client reporting. The role involves working with senior team members, using internal tools, and delivering high-quality bid analyses for clients.

This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an interest in the pharmacy benefits industry. Multiple levels from associate to senior are available.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of analytics experience in healthcare or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support PBM RFP projects from initiation through client reporting.
• Collect, clean, and validate data inputs from clients and vendors.
• Use internal tools to run competitive PBM bids.
• Analyze PBM pricing, guarantees, and proposals to identify cost differences.
• Prepare charts, reports, and presentations for client meetings.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and workflows.
• Collaborate with Senior Analysts to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Contribute feedback on process improvements and tool enhancements.
• Communicate with external clients on projects.
