Job summary

Judi Health is seeking an Associate Director, Account Management to lead and develop a high-profile PBM account management team. You will oversee planning, execution, and issue resolution for key clients, partnering with internal Capital Rx teams to standardize procedures and scale service delivery.

You will mentor staff, manage escalations, and cultivate strong client relationships while ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance.
• 5+ years of experience in PBM/health plan or related field.
• Proven ability to build trusted internal and external relationships.
• Led cross-functional initiatives and drove high performance across teams.
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel and SQL a bonus.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and adaptable with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of account managers and coordinators to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Escalation management and relationship development with clients.
• Manage high profile but limited client book of business.
• Lead regular team meetings and align goals across teams.
• Mentor and develop team members in PBM services.
• Handle escalations and provide strategic guidance to resolve issues.
