Job summary

Myers and Stauffer LC is a national CPA and health and human services consulting firm seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to lead and deliver consulting engagements for government and program clients. You will oversee project planning, deliverables, and performance metrics while ensuring quality, compliance, and client satisfaction across multiple teams.

The role emphasizes relationship building, staff development, and the ability to travel for engagements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum 8 years related experience in consulting and management.
  • Minimum 5 years supervisory experience.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task with planning and efficiency.
  • Organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and provide management on various consulting engagements.

  • Provide support and contribute to other engagements and teams.

  • Establish, develop, and monitor client relationships.
  • Evaluate and ensure client satisfaction with work product.
  • Recruit, develop and retain staff.
  • Maintain security and confidentiality of protected health information and other sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 8 years of related experience
  • 5 years of supervisory experience
  • Proficient use of applicable software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing with clients and internally at all levels of an organization
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Effectively multi-task with planning and efficiency
  • Organized and detail oriented
