Job summary

May Institute is seeking a Clinical Consultant to advance PBIS across the Greater Philadelphia area. You will provide high-level school-based consultation, lead system-design efforts, and coach district teams to implement data-informed practices that improve student outcomes.

The role requires BCBA certification (preferred), a master’s in ABA/related field, and 3–5 years of post-certification experience in schools. Join a national nonprofit focused on equity and outcomes in education.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification preferred.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field required.
• 3–5 years post-certification in school-based settings strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead School-Based Behavioral Consultation for PBIS/ MTSS in public and private schools.
• Conduct FBAs and design individualized behavior support plans.
• Coach educators and leadership teams to ensure fidelity and capacity-building.
• Collaborate with district leaders to develop and refine school-wide systems and data tools.
• Guide data-driven decision making to monitor interventions and outcomes.
• Assist with program evaluations and develop recommendations for system improvement.
