Chimes in Wyomissing, PA is seeking a Behavior Consultant to join our Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) program. You will partner with families, schools, and treatment teams to develop individualized behavior support plans and conduct assessments to help clients thrive at home, school, and in the community.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in a related field, at least one year of relevant experience, and licenses or active licensure pursuit.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling.
• At least one year of full‑time experience providing mental or behavioral health services to children, youth, or young adults.
• Preference for licensed candidates (LPC, LCSW, Licensed Behavior Specialist or Behavior Consultant).
• Candidates pursuing licensure may be considered.
• Clearances: PA Child Abuse Clearance, PA Criminal History Clearance, FBI Fingerprinting, verification of non‑exclusion from Medicaid/Medicare programs.

Responsabilités

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and comprehensive evaluations for IBHS clients.
• Provide behavioral consultation and recommendations to families, caregivers, educators, and treatment team members.
• Deliver high-quality mobile clinical services in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Provide crisis assessment, intervention, and behavioral stabilization support when needed.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Engage in regular clinical supervision to enhance skills and support growth.
• Participate in ongoing training and continuing education opportunities.
• Track behavioral outcomes and collect required assessment data for service reauthorizations.
