Job summary

Qualifications

• Has working knowledge of school-wide PBIS systems across all three Tiers.
• Aware of building school improvement processes related to developing the whole child.
• Attends district PBIS meetings and can attend coaching meetings as needed.
• Promotes shared decision making and can facilitate team meetings.
• Develops positive relationships with faculty, staff, and administrators.

Responsibilities

• Review Tiered Fidelity Inventory to create an action plan.
• Form secondary systems team and communicate Tier 2 status to staff.
• Meet monthly to review data and identify students for Tier 2 interventions.
• Monitor progress and track Tier 2 interventions (CICO, SAIG, mentoring).
• Input CICO data into Google Sheets and review regularly.
• Complete Tier 2 Tracking Tool and serve as site admin for DESSA or similar tools.
• Coordinate with social workers/psychologists for Tier 2 screening and progress.
• Review SEL concerns at data meetings and communicate Tier 2 needs.
• Attend district PBIS coaches meetings and document Tier 2 interventions.
• Collaborate with Tier 1 and Tier 3 coaches to finalize TFI and action plans.
• Coordinate building PBIS assemblies, incentive programs, and PBIS communications.
