Job summary

Qualifications

• Has working knowledge of essential features of school-wide PBIS systems at all three Tiers
• Awareness of building school improvement process related to developing the whole child
• Attends monthly district PBIS meetings and flexible to attend PBIS Midwest network coaching meetings

Responsibilities

• Review Tiered Fidelity Inventory (TFI) to create an action plan
• Formulate a Secondary Systems Team and communicate status of Tier 2 implementation to staff
• Meet at least once a month to review student data for Tier 2 interventions (CICO, SAIG, Mentoring)
• Monitor progress and track Tier 2 interventions (CICO, SAIG, Mentoring)
• Input CICO data (CICO data log - Google Sheet) and review regularly
• Complete Tier 2 Tracking Tool
• Serve as Site Admin for DESSA or similar tool for screening/progress monitoring
• Track students needing DESSA or similar tool and coordinate with district office
• Review SEL concerns at building data review meetings for Tier 2 needs
• Review student data to identify students needing more intense interventions
• Communicate status of Tier 2 interventions to staff
• Attend monthly district PBIS coaches meetings
• Document Tier 2 interventions for each student at year end RtI Behavior tab
• Collaborate with Tier 1 and Tier 3 coaches to complete TFI and create an Action Plan
• Coordinate PBIS assemblies and building universal incentive programs
• Develop PBIS celebrations for various Tiers (monthly, quarterly, end of year)
• Build PBIS Haiku page with information; create behavior matrix for settings
• Post behavior matrix in locations; update PBIS communication to grade teams
• Review and analyze school-wide data to identify behavior issues (PBIS Tableau)
• Create tools and lessons to teach behavior expectations
• Disseminate information to grade level teams
• Develop building-specific rules for Tier 2 interventions and exit criteria
• Intensify interventions if needed and complete TFI by April 15
• Apply for PBIS recognition via PBIS Midwest Network by April 15
• Coordinate with district office for data uploads
