The Mansfield City School District is seeking a PBIS Coordinator to lead and support Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports across the district. You will coach staff, analyze data, and facilitate team meetings to align PBIS with school improvement goals.
This role emphasizes inclusive practices, fidelity monitoring with TFI, and collaboration with building teams and state support services to create a safe, data-driven learning environment.
The PBIS Coordinator is responsible for leading, supporting, and monitoring the implementation of Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) in a school or across multiple schools within a district. This role includes coaching staff, collecting and analyzing data, facilitating team meetings, and ensuring that PBIS strategies are aligned with school improvement goals and support a safe, inclusive, and effective learning environment.
