Job summary

Unknown Consulting is seeking a Manager, Payroll & Workforce Transformation to lead Payroll and Workforce Transformation projects for our consulting practice. You will guide engagements from design through deployment, working with client stakeholders to optimize service delivery and implement best practices.

Ideal candidates have at least five years of experience with Payroll and Time & Attendance processes, and hands-on experience with cloud-based systems such as Workday, Oracle, SAP

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience with domestic and/or Global Payroll and Time & Attendance processes and operations or five years in advisory services within a major consulting firm.
• Five years of experience with Payroll/Time & Attendance and Workforce Management cloud-based technology.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; CPP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Payroll and/or Workforce Transformation projects and teams including optimization, strategy, design, sourcing, and implementation support.
• Document current state Payroll/Time & Attendance service delivery and perform advisory engagements across processes, design, and deployment lifecycle.
• Review processes, systems, and outsourcing arrangements; advise clients during transformation lifecycle.
• Identify findings and communicate them to senior management and client personnel; apply technical and industry knowledge to client issues.
• Build long-term relationships with executives through engagement delivery and professional networking.
