Job summary

Inovar Packaging Group, LLC, a leading North American flexographic and digital printing company, is seeking a Payroll & Total Rewards Specialist to own the payroll function and serve as the primary liaison with ADP Comprehensive Services. The role covers payroll governance, benefits administration, vendor management, and compensation reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll, compensation, and benefits administration experience.
• Experience handling multi-state payroll and payroll tax compliance.
• Proven ability to partner with HR, Finance, and vendors.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison for ADP Comprehensive Services.
• Oversee payroll validation, tax oversight, and governance.
• Administer benefits programs and manage vendor relationships.
• Support compensation planning and market pricing activities.
• Assist with annual open enrollment and compliance reporting.
