Behavior Frontiers in El Segundo, CA is seeking a dedicated Payroll Specialist to join our HR team. You will consolidate bi-weekly payroll across 15+ states, process corrections, and ensure timely payroll with accuracy.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and experience with HR/Payroll ERP, MS Excel/Word/Outlook, and strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment. DOE salary offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word & Outlook.
• 1 year payroll and time & attendance experience preferred.
• Experience with HR/Payroll ERP and time-tracking systems.
• Strong communication, deadline sensitivity, and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate bi-weekly payroll across 15+ states.
• Process corrections, adjustments, and late submissions.
• Update payroll for terminations, reimbursements, bonuses.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing.
• Assist with timesheet reports, 401k submission, and errors.
• Handle payroll and administrative tasks as required.
• Maintain payroll files.
• Address employee payroll questions.
• Perform weekly time and attendance review.
• Manage timesheet inbox and timely responses.
• Ensure accurate and timely timesheet submissions.
• Conduct monthly time & attendance audits.
