• Reconcile payroll reports for accuracy and compliance
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee questions
• Process deductions, benefits, and other adjustments
• Maintain confidential payroll records
• Assist with payroll reporting and year-end activities
• Collaborate with HR and other teams on data issues
